NEW Island Bakeries Island Bakery Organics is a small family-run business from Tobermory on the Hebridean Isle of Mull in Scotland. Here they make their range of delicious organic biscuits by hand, before they set off on their travels to shop shelves across the world. All their products are made with organically grown ingredients – the packaging bears the Soil Association Logo as a guarantee of this.

They strongly believe that the best ingredients have to be organic ingredients. But why are they better? Organic farming is different from the intensive industrial methods of most modern farms. It has wider concerns for the environment, animal welfare, quality of food produced and ultimately for the health of the consumer.
